Exterior
Avalanches are built much like the Alpines. They are built from the frame up and are made using top-of-the-line materials.The frame is constructed using 10" beams with Z-frame technology as well as 6,000lb axles. Avalanches come equipped with 16" E-lead radial tires with 8 lug, aluminum rims and the Equa Flex suspension system which improves the impact absorption and axle equalization.Other features that add to the superior handling of Alpines include easy lube axles, greasable "wet" bolts, and long lasting 1/2" steel shackles plates and bronze bushings.

lanches are designed with MaxTurn Technology.The specially designed high-glass fiberglass front cap creates an 18% improvement in aerodynamics and reduces the turning radius by up to 30%. The exterior of these units are also designed with a deluxe graphics package.
Alpine owners will also enjoy hitch assist backup mirrors with docking lights making hitching up a one-person job. Not only is hitching easy now, but set up is made easy with power front landing jacks and electric rear stabilizing jacks.
All Avalanche units come equipped with an All-in-one "waterworks" exterior utility center. The utility center includes an easy siphon winterization system, water heater by-pass, low point drain valves, and black tank spray hookup. Also available in the waterworks station is a soap dispenser and 110 volt outlet. The compartment is also ducted and heated for cold weather protection.
On specific models, Avalanches have an outdoor kitchen suitable for any weather. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, a two burner stove, and LCD TV, and plenty of overhead storage. It also comes with overhead protection which makes it a great place to hang out whether rain or shine.

The interior of these Avalanches are as sleek as the exteriors. All cabinets, drawers, fascia, and stiles are real hardwood Cherry. Unlike the competition, the cabinets included in every Avalanche are solid Cherry. There is no cardboard or fiberboard, the entire cabinet is hardwood giving them a great look and making them extremely durable. Some drawers may be as deep as 20" and all are mounted on heavy-duty residential ball bearing drawer guides. The Avalanche kitchen set up is designed to maximize storage with more drawers and tons of space.
The counter top
s and kitchen features also add functionality and beauty to the Avalanche. All units are equipped with Corian counter tops and sink covers and feature extra deep, double, stainless steels sinks. There are high rise, single lever faucets that include a water filter. The appliances include a large 8 cu foot refrigerator, large microwave, and a high output, three burner range with a 22" oven. Dining has also been designed for convenience with four high-back dinette chairs that feature built in hidden storage as well as a residential, solid Cherry hardwood dining table that expands for extra capacity through the use of the leaf hidden in the table leg. The dinette has been designed with center storage to add the maximum amount of storage space.
Avalanches have a more spacious and practical living space including an extra tall 6 foot 5 inch main slide. The Super Cinema package features a 40" HD-LCD TV, surround sound system, name brand DVD player, AM/FM/CD player with MP3 and i-Pod connection, and dual cable and satellite hook ups. Ceiling fans with upgraded light fixtures are stand on the Avalanche units and an electric fireplace can easily be added to enhance charm while taking the chill off those early mornings. A sofa that converts to a queen sized air mattress adds additional comfort
for any guest.
The bathrooms in these units are created with comfort and convenience in mind. They come outfitted with a large residential-style shower surround, translucent glass shower door and enclosure, and even a hand held massaging shower head. Owners also enjoy a skylight above the shower and a porcelain, foot flush toilet easier to clean than others.
